Exactly 20 years ago (still under Stasi contol) Wolfgang Schneider and Thomas Westermann from Schönebeck in Germany decided to bring colour into a rather dull hall. Thus the idea for the mail art project tRAUMgeBILDe was born. This year over 350 artists from all over the world have sent in their visions of the hall in the form of an A6 postcard.
