Davor Markovic

Born in 1959, in Zagreb, Croatia.

1974-78 School of Structural Engineering in Zagreb, 1978-81 studies in architecture at the University of Zagreb, 1981-89 work at several Zagreb architecture bureaus.

1981-84 set and costume design for an avant-garde theatre company, 1984-89 illustrations for a Zagreb children's magazine.

Moves to Austria in 1989 to work as graphic designer and illustrator, with an emphasis on advertising and editorial illustration.

Also completes several projects in the field of product design and decoration. Member of Design-Austria.

Lives in Vienna with wife Goga, an architect, and their daughter, Lea.
